Levies

Levies shall be used for the purposes of ensuring appropriate funding for the activities of the Residents Association (as set out in the The Rules of Ohau Sands Residents Association Incorporated), promoting the comfort, health, safety, security and welfare of the Owners and the maintenance and improvements of the Common Areas and for carrying out the purposes of the Residents Association.
